WILLIAMSBURG, Virginia (WAVY) – Williamsburg city property owners struggling with the economic impact of COVID-19 can now apply for a property tax break.
On September 9, the city council voted unanimously to set up two aid programs:
- Tax breaks for residential real estate
- Small business tax relief
Both aid programs will accept applications until November 30th. Applications are processed in the order in which they are received. Tax breaks will be granted in mid-December if approved.
