The Kazakh Prime Minister pronounces extra tax relief measures for SMEs as a result of coronavirus

The Kazakh Prime Minister announced on April 7 additional tax breaks for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) affected by the coronavirus pandemic. The announcement includes: 1) deferred payment of all taxes from April 1st to July 1st; 2) Extension of the loan interest subsidy period until July 1st; 3) the introduction of corporate tax incentives by April 12; and 4) the postponement of the pilot project on registration of documents and electronic invoicing of goods to October 1st from July 1st.
