BUT THERE IS HELP. VOLUNTARY INCOME TAX SUPPORT PROGRAM OR VITA OFFERS FREE HELP TO LOWER ONE-TIME INCOME PEOPLE. CARY: THE RETURN WILL BE PREPARED BY AN IRS CERTIFIED VOLUNTEER, SO EVERYONE TOUCHING A RETURN HAS GONE THROUGH RIGORES TRAINING.
