See or Hear at 6 p.m. – At the moment’s Legislature discusses felony justice reform, the state funds and the abolition of earnings tax

House Judiciary Chairman Moore Capito, R-Kanawha, and House Minority Chairman Chad Lovejoy, D-Cabell, from the WVPB Capitol Building, join The Legislature Today. Delegates review the plethora of bills their committee worked on at this meeting, including several on criminal justice reform, elections and some related to the pandemic.

Also on the show is an update of the state budget process and plans to lift income tax, which will continue to be discussed when the session goes into Saturday, the last day of the 2021 legislative period.
