Regulation on the Slovenian Authorities Gazette to increase the VAT exemption and tax relief as a result of coronavirus

The Slovenian State Gazette published Law No. 2454 on July 13th, which extends the VAT exemption and tax relief due to the coronavirus pandemic. The law includes measures: 1) Extending financial incentives to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises by December 31; 2) Extension of the VAT exemption until December 31st from April 30th for the delivery of protective and medical equipment or its purchase from EU member states; 3) conditions for applying the VAT exemption; 4) Granting of part-time remuneration and eligibility requirements for employers who were entered in the commercial register before December 31, 2020; and 5) Financing the annual vacation pay for …
