Property tax breaks for senior residents in Manchester are nonetheless obtainable

MANCHESTER, NJ – Seniors and Manchester Township residents with disabilities may still apply for the New Jersey Senior Freeze Property Tax Refund program.

The program reimburses eligible seniors and disabled residents for Property tax or Parking fee for mobile homes rises on theirs Main residence.

Applicants must meet all admission requirements for each year from the base year to the application year.

While some payments have already been sent, residents who have not submitted an application still have time to do so.
