Johnston Carmichael has promoted Erin Davis to head of international corporate tax.
Davis joined the company in 2019 and has more than 18 years of experience in international, corporate, M&A and personal tax, including senior positions at BDO, KPMG and PKF Francis Clark.
She holds an advanced degree in international taxation and has “significant experience advising a wide variety of clients in a variety of industries, from startups to multinational corporations”.
The international team led by Davis advises on all aspects of international corporate tax, including overseas expansion, double tax relief, transfer pricing, and working with the broader tax team to cover VAT and customs and global mobility.
