Sarah Beth Aubrey, Founder of ACT, holds a BS in agricultural communications from the University of Illinois and a MS in strategic communications from Purdue University. She began her career at Novartis and next moved to business development and training at ABG Inc. (Adyana). Entrepreneurial at heart, she founded a meat retailer when she was 26 and a scholarship company when she was 30. Both stores were sold to investors. As the former CEO of Prosperity Ag LLC, Sarah Beth wrote over 300 successful grants in 29 states that raised nearly $ 100 million in grants. She is technically adept at understanding the complex problems that agriculture and professional development face today. She blogs on these topics for Forbes.com within the Forbes Coaches Council and her column, The Farm CEO Coach, which was published in Top Producer Magazine in July 2017. Sarah Beth is the author of five books and is also an associate faculty member at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), where she develops curricula and teaches graduate classes.

Paul Neiffer is a Certified Chartered Accountant and Agricultural Management Consultant with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP. He specializes in income tax and accounting services related to farmers and processors. Paul works with farmers and processors providing income tax advice and compliance services, and he advises farming families on succession planning issues and opportunities. It also helps farmers understand how to properly use accounting systems to run their business more profitably. He writes a monthly column for Top Producer magazine called “The Farm CPA” and has authored several articles for various farm magazines and media.
