Aims Community College works with the Denver-based Piton Foundation to provide free tax preparation assistance to members of the local community.
The program is open to taxpayers earning a gross annual income of $ 57,000 or less.
Participants must fill out an online admission form, select a location and, if necessary, make an appointment. Locations are Greeley, Loveland and Fort Lupton.
Participants are asked to obtain their tax records prior to their appointment. Tax documents include a previous year’s tax return, admission form, social security card or ITIN ID, photo ID, and all 2020 tax documents.
Due to the safety precautions of COVID-19, all visitors and volunteers on campus are asked to follow safety protocols that require wearing masks and maintaining social distance.
