Hosted by CalCPA, the webinar will highlight the changes made by Proposition 19 and discuss how to move property tax planning forward. The webinar also focuses on California Proposition 13, the corporate property tax rules and family property tax planning techniques.

Marsh focuses his practice on tax controversies, including property, sale, payroll, business license, employment, franchise, parcel, district, documentary transfer, temporary occupancy, utility user, income, parking, gift and estate taxes. He is co-chair of Greenberg Traurig’s US State and Local Tax (SALT) practice. Marsh represents clients in audits, litigation and administrative hearings, as well as in analyzing transactions and business models and developing strategies for legislative decisions.

Vincent focuses her practice on federal and state tax controversies and litigation. She represents both individuals and companies in proceedings before the Internal Revenue Service and California Tax authorities, including the Franchise Tax Board and the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration. Vincent also assists clients with compliance advice for state and federal tax issues.
